Trained by Dr. Cole in the United States, Dr. Mwamba co-developed the Follicular Isolation Transplantation (FIT) technique in the early 2000s. This three-step extraction method reduces the time grafts spend outside the body, preserves their natural angle and direction, and achieves one of the lowest transection rates in direct follicular extraction.
